If your organization is experiencing rapid, non-stop change, you will benefit from one of the following Workshops or Keynotes by Al Siebert

Executives, managers, and employees who thrive in a world of non-stop change are much different from people suited for unchanging organizations. Al Siebert, internationally recognized expert on life's best survivors and an acclaimed "master teacher," provides organizations and professional groups with practical guidelines on how to be highly resilient and thrive in today's world:

Resiliency: The Key to Thriving in a World of Non-Stop Change
Organizations can survive and thrive only to the extent that the people within them are highly resilient. Based on Al Siebert's award-winning book The Resiliency Advantage, this session shows how individuals and organizations can adapt quickly, be agile, thrive under pressure, handle constant change, gain strength from difficulties, bring stability to chaos, learn from experience, and create good synergy. The Resilience Imperative
Managing in today's world is more challenging than ever. Resilient executives and managers must get more work done in less time with fewer people with less budget while managing non-stop change. In this session, Dr. Al Siebert draws on thirty years experience teaching management psychology and his knowledge of highly resilient survivors to show how to develop workforce resiliency. This will be an interactive session with discussions that facilitate expert learning. View workshop outline.

Developing a Highly Resilient, Change Proficient Workforce.
Employees in the past who obediently followed job descriptions are now a dead weight in organizations that are lean, agile, changing and learning. Participants in this session learn how an organization's culture can enhance professionalism as a self-concept, increase the process skills of managers, strengthen self-directed work teams, and cultivate development of the internally motivated, self-empowering synergistic nature we were all born with. Overcoming Negativity in the Workplace
Participants in this specialized, interactive workshop learn skills for handling negative co-workers, clients, and others. Topics include what doesn't work with a difficult person, how to avoid reacting like a victim, successful ways to deal with negative people, and how to convert an experience with a difficult person into a useful lesson in the school of life. (Note: this workshop/keynote is high on humor.) View workshop outline.

Managing Transition and Constant Change
During any organizational change, the productive new form is reached more quickly and easily when managers implement a proactive plan for managing the transition process. Managers must cope well with employee resistance and use effective strategies for making things turn out well. Poorly managed transitions lead to low morale, increased stress claims, lower quality work, and good people quitting. During this retreat Dr. Al Siebert will draw on his extensive experience with governmental managers to show how to combine his survivor personality research findings with the work of William Bridges.
